Welcome to Badge Support LLC's web site (the "Site"). Badge Supports LLC reserves the right to delete, add, or change any of the terms and conditions contained in the Site. Any changes or modification will be effective upon posting of the revisions to the Site. Please review the Terms of Use each time you access the site.

Payment Options

Payment is handled through PayPal®, an online payment solution with over 96 million accounts in 55 countries and regions around the world. PayPal allows the buyer to purchase items using a PayPal account or standard credit card. Upon completion of your product selections on the Badge Supports LLC web site, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure web site for payment processing, then returned to the Badge Supports LLC site.

Note: A PayPal account is not required for credit card payment.

If you are a not-for-profit or government organization, please call or e-mail to request shipment against your Purchase Order. First-time orders will require 3 credit references, which we will check. If approved, your order will be shipped Net 30 (payment in full due 30 days after receipt of order).

Custom Items

If you require an order in hand by a specific date, please contact us as early as possible. Please allow a minimum of 6 weeks for orders to be processed, including redoing artwork (if necessary) and approval of the final artwork. We will do everything in our power to have custom products to you by your required date, but we cannot warrant delivery on custom printed products.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, Badge Supports LLC accepts returns on standard products in "like new" saleable condition up to 30 days after date of customer receipt. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Orders with custom printing may not be returned at any point after receipt. For this reason, we will have you confirm the artwork prior to printing and producing your product. If you would like to see our product prior to artwork printing, please call or e-mail for a free sample.

Shipping Policy/Costs

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping costs for defective products unless expressly stated by Badge Supports LLC.

You have the option of having a graphic or text printed on your badge support. There are many variables involved in printing, but below are some rough guidelines:

For each visitor to our website, the Badge Supports LLC web server does not recognize any personal information including your e-mail address.

The Badge Supports LLC site does not collect cookies.

Registration is not required to enter our site.

We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

When online surveys are implemented, we never sell or share our subscribers' email addresses.
